Each feature solves one thing surveyors do every week, and they all share one rule: whatever you conclude must trace back to its source.
Synfar keeps observations, measurements, owner statements and documents apart, and links every sentence in the draft to its basis. When two sources disagree, you see both, and neither is picked automatically.
Sources and traceabilityPrepare the assignment before you leave. On site you record photos, dictation, findings and readings one-handed, and Synfar always shows what is saved, what is waiting, and what exists only on the phone.
Offline inspectionsThe assistant summarizes documents, finds gaps and proposes text, always with a source and always labelled as a suggestion. Asked for a firmer conclusion without new evidence, it gives the same answer.
AI with limitsBefore issuance you see the exact version, review, unresolved items and declaration. After that the report is locked. If a correction is needed, Synfar creates a new version linked to the previous one, with the basis preserved.
Reports and versionsClients get requests and finished reports. Each contractor sees only the defects assigned to them, responds there and uploads documentation. You decide when something is verified.
Follow-up and portalWe show you Synfar starting from the services you deliver. Afterwards you can try it free for 14 days.
